Phase IV – Wachstum durch Koordination: Systeme, Prozesse und Koordinationsmechanismen werden ausgebaut. Denken wir hier an Unternehmen, die in 15-20 Jahren auf 8000 Mitarbeitende gewachsen sind. Die Komplexität steigt exponentiell. Phase V – Wachstum durch Kollaboration: Die Organisation sucht nach flexibleren Formen der Zusammenarbeit.
